I got a book authored by R A J Twerski called "Seek Sobriety Find Serenity" and it helps me when at night I need something to think about and take my mind to a healthy location. The daily chizuk e-mail tips are great, Kavana of Shma is a good source. Now I'm writing because so far, this is the best medicine that I feel helps me. I can push the keys on the keyboard and write this to someone who is more than listening and then I feel calm and can concentrate, or try to, on what I should be doing. The past few days I was B"H able not to masturbate, there were times that the crave was just sooooothing and puuuushing but somehow I didn't give in. It was painful, but then it goes away. Me writing this now will give me Chizuk the next time the urges come. I thank you. You should be GeBentched! I'm going to go now, I feel better. I'll try now to go and concentrate on what I'm supposed to.
